Note:
- All the fees due to Wellington College International Pune are in Indian Rupees (INR).
- All Fees are payable in advance of each of the three terms and are billed in accordance with the school’s billing calendar as above.
- A full terms fee is charged for pupils entering the School in the middle of the term.
- Late payment charges, including all related administration and legal costs, are applicable on all invoices not paid by the due date until the date of realization of payment.
- The above fees are payable in advance for each of the three terms or as a one-time annual fee in advance before Term 1.
- The fees include all the costs incurred in the usual course of the education by the School of your child, including the provision of any necessary educational materials, unless otherwise notified to you by the School at any time (either in the Schedule of Fees or otherwise).
- Upon admission, all pupils enrol in the lunch and snack programme offered at the School. The fees above cover this cost.
- We refer to any items charged to you in addition to the fees as supplemental charges. Items not covered in the above costs are Transport, Uniform, IT equipment, optional school fees insurance, optional health insurance, expenses incurred if the schools assists in procuring the Visa for study in India, any public examinations fees, supplemental tuition such as individual music lessons, any learning support lessons. Any costs incurred for trips, visits and some co-curricular activities also constitute supplemental charges.
- Sibling fees – Wellington College International Pune offers a 5% discount to the 1st sibling and a 10% discount to the 2nd and 3rd sibling only on the Tuition fees. Other costs are payable in full.
- Method of Payment
- Invoice are issued and payable in Indian Rupees only.
- Fee payment can be made by Bank transfer, Demand Drafts, Debit Card, Credit Card or via the School payment portal. The school does not accept payment in cash.
- Debit/Credit Card payments can be made online or in person at the School Finance Office. Applicable transaction charges as levied by Bank, if any, shall be borne by the parent.
