Security and Sustainability

The safety of our pupils is of paramount importance to us and a specialist security consultant has carefully designed the security lines at each entry and exit point, and the whole campus would be under electronic surveillance.

In addition to WCI Pune’s Platinum Rating under the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) School Rating System (New Schools Category), we also aim to receive their "Health and Wellbeing" certification. The air quality index is of extreme importance to us and systems have been put in place to improve the air quality within the school and monitor the same regularly.

We are proud to share that we've secured an outstanding 3rd position among the Top 100 schools in India in the Green School Rankings 2026 (K–12 category), a significant rise from our 9th place ranking in 2025.

We are also incredibly proud to share that Wellington International College Pune has been awarded the prestigious IGBC Platinum Rating under the IGBC Green School Rating System (New Schools Category).

This milestone is a true reflection of the passion, vision and hard work of the entire team in creating a campus rooted in sustainability. A huge congratulations to everyone who made this happen!
