Wellington College International Pune is proud to announce the results of the Cambridge IGCSE November 2025 external examination series in Mathematics, marking a significant milestone as the first cohort of Year 11 WCI Pune Pupils to sit external examinations.
Our pupils achieved the highest possible grade of A*, delivering an exceptional 100% A* outcome. This outstanding achievement reflects the commitment and diligence of the pupils, the expertise and dedication of teaching staff, and the school's strong academic foundations.
These results represent a promising beginning for WCI Pune’s external examination journey and reaffirm the school's commitment to academic excellence within an international curriculum framework.

Congratulations to all the Wellington College’s IB students on receiving a remarkable set of results today.
Before any re-marks have been received, the current average score stands at 38.7, with almost half the cohort scoring over 40 points, and two students achieving the holy grail of a perfect 45. In the weeks to come, the College looks set to better last year’s average student score of 39.1, an outcome that will place Wellington within the highest achieving schools around the world.
We're proud to share that the graduating Class of 2026 at Wellington College Education China has achieved an outstanding group-wide IB average of 38.6—well above the global average of 30.9—alongside a 100% pass rate.
Nearly half of the pupils (48%) achieved a total score of 40 or above, including one pupil who attained a perfect 45. This achievement inspires the community to further enhance our teaching and remain true to our commitment to holistic education in the year ahead. As our graduates step into the next phase of their lives, we can't wait to see all they will go on to achieve.
Wellington College International Shanghai has secured a remarkable score of 37, a testament to the academic excellence the Wellington name represents. Even more inspiring is Hiba Academy Shanghai, which, in its very first year, earned an impressive score of 36.5. These accomplishments stand proudly alongside the outstanding 38.7 achieved by Wellington College in the UK.
These results reflect the consistently high standards and shared commitment to excellence across all our schools globally.
As we celebrate these milestones, we eagerly look ahead to A-Level Results Day on the 14th of August and GCSE Results Day on the 21st of August.
