Pupils select their IBDP subjects through a guided subject selection process supported by our academic staff, university guidance team, and IB Diploma Programme Coordinator.

A wide range of subjects is offered across the six IBDP subject groups to ensure that each pupil can pursue a balanced and personalised academic programme aligned with their passions, future aspirations, and university goals. We are committed to nurturing well-rounded individuals who demonstrate creativity, critical thinking, and compassion.

Pupils will study:

  • Group 1: Studies in Language and LiteratureEnglish A: Language and Literature, Korean A: Language and Literature
  • Group 2: Language Acquisition Spanish B/FrenchB/English B , Spanish/French Ab Initio
  • Group 3: Individuals and Societies Business Management, Economics, History and Environmental Systems and Societies (ESS) >
  • Group 4: SciencesBiology, Chemistry, Physics, Computer science and Environmental Systems and Societies (ESS)
  • Group 5: Mathematics Mathematics: Analysis and Approaches (AA), Mathematics: Applications and Interpretation (AI)
  • Group 6: The Arts (or an additional subject from Groups 3 or 4) Visual Arts and Music, or an additional Science or Individuals and Societies subject>

Visual Arts and Music, or an additional Science or Individuals and Societies subject In addition to these six subjects (three at Higher Level and three at Standard Level), all pupils engage with the IB Core, which includes:

  • Theory of Knowledge (TOK): an interdisciplinary course that develops critical thinking and reflection on the nature of knowledge
  • Extended Essay (EE): a 4,000-word independent research project on a topic of personal interest
  • Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS): experiential learning through artistic, physical, and community service initiatives
