Year 2 pupils proudly showcased their learning about animals and their habitats in a special exhibition for their families and peers. They presented their knowledge through songs, poems, and videos, using carefully crafted dioramas made during their art lessons. This experience highlighted the importance of pupil voice, choice, and agency, allowing children to take ownership of their learning, express their ideas creatively, and build confidence in sharing their knowledge. By making choices in how they presented their work, pupils developed independence, collaboration, and a deeper connection to their learning.
