This year’s LitFest, organised by the English department, saw a creative writing and book jacket design competition. Our very talented Senior School writers were provided with two prompts (fantasy and horror) and tasked with creating an exciting story of 450 words, together with designing an accompanying book jacket and “blurb”. Students then spent all morning in their Houses, highly engaged in their own literary creations and designs. Well done to all involved! The school also hosted a Book Fair, adding to the sense of literary occasion.
