Our Junior School Teaching Assistant will be contributing to the development in the educational provision of our children from 6 to 11 years of age, with extensive knowledge in the appropriate personal, academic and physical milestones for pupils within this age group. Placing the needs of the child firmly at the centre, our teaching teams have experience and confidence in educating children with individual goals, dreams, and impressions of the world around them - working successfully with their families and other experts in our community.

Wellington College International Pune is seeking a dedicated EAL Teacher to join our family. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years experience in with a proven track record in the relevant subject. Excellent English and a TESOL/ TEFL or similar qualification would be preferred.

Responsibilities include planning and teaching EAL lessons to a group of mixed age (6yrs to 14yrs) and ability learners (some with little to no English) and conducting consistent reading and writing assessments to track EAL learners’ progress. Wellington College International Pune is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Learning Support Teaching Assistant to assist pupils with additional needs. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years working in schools and with children with additional needs (SEN). Qualification in Special Needs Education would be preferred.

Responsibilities include working with pupils with additional support needs to access the curriculum predominantly in English and Maths. They will help track and monitor the individual child’s and plan learning for the individual student together with the class teacher and Head of Learning Support.
