Dr. Murray Tod completed his school educatation at Daniel Stewart’s and Melville College in Edinburgh, and he gained a MA in History, Politics, and Philosophy, followed by completing an IT postgraduate degree and a PhD in Scottish Medieval History from the University of Glasgow.

Dr. Tod began his teaching career in the mid-1990s at Edinburgh and Glasgow universities before moving to secondary school teaching at Glenalmond College and Rannoch School. In 2002, he joined Epsom College UK, where he held roles including boys’ Boarding Housemaster, Acting Girls’ Housemaster, Head of Department (History & Politics), and Assistant Headmaster.

In December 2016, he moved to Epsom College in Malaysia, first as Head of Admissions/Second Master and then Headmaster, achieving FOBISIA status and notable academic success. He later served as Headmaster of Merchiston International School in Shenzhen, China, taking the school through CIS accreditation. With extensive experience in UK and international education, Dr. Tod is committed to upholding the values of a Wellington education and was appointed the Founding Master of Wellington College International Pune from September 2022.

Ms Katie Byrne holds a Master’s degree in education and English Literature from the University of Cambridge. She joined Wellington College International Pune after successfully founding and developing Wellington College Bangkok. With nearly a decade of diverse experience in UK schools, Katie has also led prestigious institutions in Hong Kong, Japan, and Thailand.

Passionate about helping all children reach their individual potential, she focuses on fostering students’ motivation, self-belief, and key transferable skills for the future.

Ms Rashmi Dixon is a dedicated educator with 15 years of experience in Early Years and Key Stage 1 education across Taiwan and China. Rashmi holds a Master’s degree in elementary education from The College of New Jersey and an IB PYP certificate from the University of Windsor.

Rashmi joined Wellington College International Pune after serving at Wellington College International Tianjin, the first school in the Wellington family in China.

She advocates for enquiry-based learning, starting as a Reception teacher and quickly advancing to Year 3. As Ed Tech Lead, she developed a Digital Citizenship curriculum and promoted STEAM learning.

Currently, she is a Year 2 teacher and the Early Years Coordinator at WCI Pune. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, she enjoys painting, reading, and travelling.

Colonel Rao (Retd) brings over three decades of experience from his service in the Indian Army, followed by significant roles in the corporate sector with companies like UltraTech and Himatsingka Linens, where he led the administration department. His extensive management experience encompasses security, facilities management, food and beverage services, employee transport and accommodation, travel desk operations, landscaping, housekeeping, and occupational health services.

Col. Rao was responsible for designing standard operating procedures (SOPs), establishing policies, and coordinating administrative activities across various internal and external departments.

At Wellington College International Pune, he provides leadership and guidance in finance, purchasing, human resources, facilities management, compliance, marketing and admissions, information technology, and school services. He holds a Master’s degree in science from the University of Pune.

Mr Ashish Singh is a finance professional with 19 years of extensive experience across various finance functions. He has a proven track record in conceptualizing and executing growth strategies, driving profitability, and enhancing operational efficiency. He has successfully supervised due diligence projects and business alliances, while overseeing change management through the implementation of financial controls and processes to boost productivity.

Ashish holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Calcutta University, India, and is a Chartered Accountant in both India and Malaysia.

As a core member of finance, strategy, and business commercial teams, Ashish possesses expertise in market trends, P&L and cash flow management, accounting, financial modelling, business planning and analysis, sourcing, compliance, costing, budgeting, auditing, inventory management, and business advisory services.

Major Preeti Chauhan (Retd) is a seasoned leader with nearly 18 years of diverse experience in facility management, administration, and operations, having successfully served in both the Indian Army and the corporate sector.

Following her military career, Major Chauhan transitioned to the corporate world, holding senior positions at renowned organizations such as Cisco, Aon Hewitt, and RBS through CBRE South Asia. In these roles, she spearheaded major initiatives, including transport service automation, facility management, and business continuity operations.

She holds a Business Management Certificate from IIM Bangalore, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and leadership excellence.

Currently, as the Head of Administration and Operations at Wellington College International Pune, Major Chauhan oversees the seamless management of facilities, catering, transport, and logistics. She ensures operational efficiency, supporting staff and students to foster a thriving school environment.

Ms. Neha Jamwal brings over 15 years of experience in operations and human resources within prestigious academic institutions. She notably spent twelve years as one of the HR leads at one of Mumbai's leading international schools, excelling in hiring, performance management, policy implementation, employee engagement, retention, and overall lifecycle management.

Neha holds a degree from the HR College of Commerce and Economics in Mumbai, as well as a Master’s degree in human resource management from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies in Pune.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, she enjoys traveling, watching movies, and engaging in crafts with her 6-year-old, reflecting her passion and creativity in both her career and personal life.

Mr. Ninad Shetye is an IT Operations specialist with over 16 years of experience in managing and optimizing IT infrastructure. He excels in system administration, network management, cloud computing, and cybersecurity, with a focus on maintaining high availability and performance.

His educational background includes a graduate degree in Arts and a diploma in Computer Science, complemented by certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA N+, CCNA, ITILv3, Novell, Linux, and MCSE.

Ninad has successfully led cross-functional teams, implemented automation, and supported complex technical environments. His skills also include virtualization, database management, monitoring, disaster recovery, and security compliance.

Ms Ramya Vijayan has over 20 years of diverse experience in education, with a background in media, technology, e-commerce, marketing, and insurance. She has successfully established and managed educational institutions in multicultural settings.

Previously, she was the Senior Administrator at a leading international school in Dubai, where she handled various administrative functions. As Director of Administration for a large school group in South India, she launched a new campus in Malaysia. Ramya later served as Head of Admissions, Outreach, and Communications at a prominent IB continuum school in Bangalore and volunteered as an external faculty in Singapore.

She holds a Master’s degree in Marketing Management, an IB Certificate in Leadership Practice and a PG Diploma in Education (PGDE). She has also completed a degree in Digital and Social Media Marketing Strategy from IIM-C. Passionate about lifelong learning, cooking, and animal welfare, she actively seeks opportunities to grow and engage in her interests.

A thought leader in the field of education, Mr. Anuj Aggarwal has a strong focus on preparing students to be confident, enterprising and wholesome personalities who can face the challenges of life, while being assets to any organization they choose to associate with.

Mr. Aggarwal holds a Master’s Degree in Management from Said Business School, University of Oxford.

Anuj Aggarwal is an incisive ‘edupreneur’ and humanitarian, widely credited with being one of the pioneers in changing the educational landscape of the region, dating back to over two decades. A secondgeneration entrepreneur, he is driven by the core philosophy of infusing ‘Growth with Goodness’ through his vision of nation-building. Ashutosh brings nearly 30 years of experience across industries, geographies, and functions, driven by a passion for impactful projects that benefit people and the planet at scale. He spent two decades with the Tata Group, joining through the prestigious Tata Administrative Service (TAS) leadership program. His early years were in consumer-facing roles in sales and marketing across beverages, apparel, watches, and telecom before transitioning to investment management at Tata’s Head Office.

At Tata Industries and later Tata Capital’s Private Equity practice, he led strategic investments in new businesses and technologies, focusing on launching funds, reviving struggling companies, operational improvements, M&As, JVs, and corporate governance as a Board Director.

He has been the CEO of two ventures—first, a Tata Capital investee company, and later, in 2018, when he transitioned to the development sector to establish Social Finance India. His involvement in education spans executive committee member of Tata’s education venture and efforts to set up an India Education Outcomes Fund.

For the past two years, he has been a visiting faculty at a leading business school, teaching Strategy, M&As, Business Valuation, and PE/VC, mentoring over 100 MBA students. He also advises foundations, supports start-ups, speaks at global conferences, and contributes to policy development in the social impact space.

A lifelong learner, he has continuously reinvented himself, embracing new challenges and driving meaningful change through innovation, investment, and leadership. He is an alumnus of HBS, having Chaired their alumni groups in India. He is also an alumnus of India Leaders for Social Sector. He has authored articles on education and frequently speaks at seminars and conferences globally.

Mr. Aditya Burman is a 6th generation member of the Burman family and is a Director on the board of Dabur India Ltd, one of India’s largest and most diverse consumer goods maker. A Chemistry Graduate from the University of Kansas (US), Aditya is part of the team providing strategic direction to Dabur’s businesses spread across 120 countries.

Aditya began his career as an intern at Dabur Pharma, a family-owned Oncology-focussed pharmaceutical firm under his father Dr. Anand C. Burman. Determined to bring Indian products to the world, Aditya worked towards expanding the company’s footprint in the overseas markets and was soon in charge of its Sales and Marketing in Latin America. Under his stewardship, Dabur Pharma emerged as a leading research-driven pharmaceutical firm with a global presence. The company was subsequently sold to Fresenius Kabi in 2008.

He is also a Director on the board of Oncquest Laboratories, a Clinical Pathology and Molecular Diagnostics company with a focus in Oncology and Genetics. After the sale of Dabur Pharma, Aditya focussed his energy on building Oncquest as the preferred reference laboratory for physicians, hospitals and research bodies. He was also instrumental in streamlining operations, strengthening its research function, and giving it a pan-India presence to drive growth. He also serves on the board of Dabur Nepal Pvt Ltd, besides being a prior President of the Delhi Chapter of Entrepreneurs’ Organization, a global network exclusively for entrepreneurs. He has also been instrumental in putting Sustainability and Human Capital at the center of all the businesses he has managed to bring about a positive change for Planet and People.

Born in January 1980, Aditya lives in Delhi with his Wife, Shivani, and Daughter, Ariana. Together they support several charities in the Health Care and Health Awareness space. He has also been actively involved with agencies in supporting children suffering from Cancer.

Mr. Paul Vanni joined Wellington College International in September 2024 having spent 25 years working across a range of schools in London including the prestigious St Paul’s School and St Paul’s Girls’ School where he was Director of School (Senior Deputy) for seven years.

In addition, Paul has considerable experience of setting up and leading new schools. In 2018, Paul became the founding Head of Kensington Park School, a co- educational, 11-18 day and boarding school in central London backed by overseas investors. He has since worked with St Paul’s Girls’ School International and their partners on the SPGSI Shengbo project in China. Paul joins us from Dukes Education where he led the successful OFSTED registration of London Park School Clapham. He has significant experience of independent school governorship across both the prep and secondary age ranges. He was for many years an ISI inspector and has been a principal examiner with Cambridge International Examinations.

Paul has a First-Class degree from University College London in Modern European Studies, a Master’s degree in French literature, and a PGCE from Cambridge. He is fluent in French and Italian, and in his free time enjoys hiking, coaching rowing, traveling, and supporting Brentford Football Club.

Ms Fiona Carter joined the Wellington International team in 2022 to provide specialist support in the Early Years and Primary schools within the group. Fiona provides academic leadership for our development plans in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and India to help grow our family of schools to further strengthen our network. She is a frequent speaker at international events and a prominent researcher of high quality and innovative practice across the world (visiting and collaborating with other schools to further enable the Wellington family to be of the highest standard). Having been a member of the Educational Sub-Committee, Fiona became a full member of the Board of Governors from August 2024.

Resham Chordia is a dynamic young business leader, serving as a Director for several Panchshil group companies. Resham is an accomplished professional with an MBA from the esteemed Yale University School of Management and a graduate of the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce. Before returning to Pune in 2019, she worked at GreenOak Real Estate, a global private equity fund headquartered in New York, where she excelled in capital raising and business development. Her extensive experience in finance and real estate along with her experience as project coordinator for the Pavillion Mall and the prestigious Ritz Carlton Hotel Pune, has been an instrumental value-add for her current role, overseeing asset management for Panchshil's commercial portfolio.

Resham is passionate about incorporating principles of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) into Panchshil's operations. She spearheads the group's new ESG initiative, to reinforce Panchshil's ability to bring global norms and benchmarks to India. Resham also oversees key core business verticals and drives internal strategic structuring, with a focus on creating impact beyond the bottom line. As head of the HR department, she has launched and executed various programs such as a Performance Management System, KPIs & KRAs for all departments, Learning & Development Platform, re-developing an end-to-end in-house HRMS platform, and enabling multiple employee engagement and enrichment initiatives.

As a key member of the senior leadership team, Resham plays a critical role in providing strategic guidance and support to Panchshil's ancillary businesses, such as Ventive, Lifestyle Interiors, and Spazio. Resham's commitment to innovation and creativity is evident in her successful execution of interiors for special projects. She has built a dedicated team that creates unique and beautiful spaces while guiding the landscape team to add greenery to every space. In addition to working closely with investors to raise funding for new projects, Resham is also responsible for overseeing the Facilities Management department and spearheading major renovations and refurbishments, while driving LEED O&M and British Safety Council certification.

Resham's vision for Panchshil Realty extends beyond the bottom line, as she aims to increase efficiency and streamlined processes while making Panchshil the best place to work for every employee. She is committed to making Panchshil the market leader in energy-efficient buildings and setting new benchmarks via a practical and progressive ESG strategy and implementation.

Aside from her professional pursuits, Resham is dedicated to philanthropic and charitable initiatives, with a particular interest in education and culture. In her free time, Resham enjoys reading, travelling, and spending quality time with her family. Her passion for exploring buildings, architecture, and structures, combined with her astute observation of how people interact with spaces, inspires her to continually learn and innovate.
